I was not made for winter. I was made for long, warm days and cool (not bitter cold) nights. I think of spring, and I can picture the leaves starting to come back to the trees, the flowers blooming in my neighbor’s yard. The air smells sweeter and it even seems like the sun shines brighter.

There is nothing more reassuring than a spring collection to let me know that Jack Frost will be leaving the building sooner rather than later. The Gelish Spring 2022 Collection “Full Bloom” is doing just that, reassuring. In this collection, five colorful crèmes and a delicate glitter that can be used as an overlay on top of any of the other shades.

The reason why I like this collection so much is because of a specific shade, “Bloom Service”. In many other spring collections that you see released from other companies usually only tell a very pastel pink color story. Gelish has added depth by adding this shade to the collection. It can be used to accent any of the other colors in the collection. As for all you pink lovers out there, “Plant One On Me” (a salmon pink) and “Pick Me Please!” (a pale pink) are two shades you are sure to love! If you’re more like me and you’re not into pink so much, “Best Buds” (a pale blue) and “I Lilac What I’m Seeing” (a dusty lilac) are the perfect shades for you. The collection does feature one glitter overlay, “I’m feeling Fleur-ty”, that is sure to add that extra little “somethin’, somethin’” to your manicure!
