How do I return my order?

How fast will my order ship?
We ship most orders the same day if placed before 2pm central time. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next day. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or over the weekend will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on US holidays. We offer no rush shipping through USPS, and 3-5 day shipping through UPS. You can select your preferred method at checkout for a low flat rate.
What are your business hours for support?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm central time. We can be reached at 417-751-0132. If you reach out to us outside those hours, we may be able to respond before business hours resume on the next business day. We will always go the distance to reassure our customers, no matter the time of day, if we are available.
What method do you ship my order with?
All Nail Supply Inc shipments are shipped either through USPS or UPS. We offer low flat rates for each, you can select your preferred method at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shippping are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise requested.
When will I get my tracking information?
Most Nail Supply Inc orders receive tracking within 24 hours. You will receive this through the email you have associated with your order.
Do you provide phone support for custom orders or bundles?

How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
All Nail Supply Inc shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records. We use high quality packing materials to keep your order safe on it's way to you!
Hassle-Free Returns Policy
You may return some new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (upon return approval). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Some items are not able to be returned due to sterilization and hygiene issues. We are required to follow health and safety guidelines regarding items such as polishes, dip powders, product removers, etc. If you have a question about this, please feel free to reach out to us!
What if I accidentally order the wrong item, or just changed my mind? We get it, accidents happen and things change! In these cases, we just ask that you cover the return shipping. This does require return approval, so please contact us first!
Refunds for returned items are typically processed within 24 hours after delivery to our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process those funds.
If you need to return an item, or your item arrived defective or damaged, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We are now offering multiple options for flat rate shipping! You will be prompted to choose your shipping option at checkout.
$4.00 USPS Flat Rate - Delivery in 10 to 14 Business days after your order ships- Your order will ship via USPS First Class or Parcel Select ground. Our economy option offers savings on your shipping cost with a little bit longer wait.
$8.00 UPS Surepost - Delivery in 3 to 5 business days after your order ships- Your order will ship via UPS Surepost or Ground. Delivery is typically much faster with this option.
Free Shipping - Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Your order will ship via UPS Surepost or UPS Ground. For licensed Pro Account holders, the free shipping threshold is only $15!
Expedited Shipping - We are able to expedite non-hazmat items with next day or second day shipping! Contact us for eligibility and pricing, we would be happy to help!
Our local customers can now choose to pick up their order at our warehouse! Orders placed before 11AM Monday through Friday are eligible for pick up after 1PM. Orders placed after 11AM can be picked up the next day. Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday can be picked up after 1PM on the following Monday. You will receive an email with a map to our warehouse when your order is ready for pickup. We are now open for in-store shopping every Monday, 9 AM - 4 PM! Will be arrangement look the same as the photo online?
Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

What if a substitution has to be made on a time crunch?
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery if the flowers you requested are not available and we're not able to contact you using the information you provided.
Can I give my credit card number over the phone if I prefer?
Yes! we are always happy to take your order over the phone and answer any questions you may have.
