How to Use:
As Lip Color: Apply directly to lips and let dry.
As Eyeshadow: Apply to eyelids and let dry for a stunning metallic glow.
As Nail Chrome: Apply a coat of Moo Gel Chrome Top & Base Gel and cure for 60 seconds. Gently rub Unicorn Tears™ onto the nail with an eyeshadow applicator, then seal with Chrome Top & Base Gel and cure for another 60 seconds using our Moolala Cow Lamp.
Removal: Use Ms. Moo Makeup Remover to gently remove from eyes and lips.
