Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate
(With Lead Shipper/Receiver Growth Opportunity)
Location: Ozark, MO
Position Type: Full-Time. Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4/4:30PM
Starting Pay: $16.00 / hour (with immediate pay increase upon promotion to Lead in 90 days)
Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Ozark, MO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing inventory, fulfillment, and shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for daily shipment.
Receiving & Inventory: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify pack slips, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Quality Control: Ensure order accuracy and high standards for package presentation.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Leadership Training: Work alongside senior staff to learn workflow coordination, inventory auditing, and logistics oversight to prepare for advancement into the Lead Shipper/Receiver role.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or retail inventory experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate!
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when reading SKUs, order numbers, and product details.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
Reliability: Punctual, reliable, and strong work ethic.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems, label printers, and shipping software.
